主要研究方向:

缺血性脑卒中的发病机制及药物防治

 累计发表文章10余篇。主要研究成果以第一作者或共同第一作者发表于本领域知名期刊《Autophagy》、《Stroke》上。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金一项及辽宁省自然科学基金计划重点项目一项。参与国家自然科学基金面上项目一项。2019年12月入选辽宁省百千万人才工程项目“万人层次”。2020年12月被评为沈阳市高层次人才“高级人才”。

1.国家自然科学基金青年基金项目,81901222,运用CRISPR/Cas9转基因小鼠研究GHRH-A调控神经发生在脑缺血-再灌注损伤中的作用及相关机制,2020/01-2022/12,20.5万,主持在研。

2.辽宁省自然科学基金计划重点项目(省博士启动),20180540063,运用Nestin-CreERT2:Td-Tomato双转基因小鼠考察MR-409对脑缺血后神经干细胞的调节作用及相关机制,2018/09-2020/08,3万,主持结题。

3. 国家自然科学基金面上项目,81970357,AT1R介导的巨噬细胞功能失常在盐敏感性高血压血管胰岛素抵抗中的作用机制研究,2020/01-2023/12,55万,参与在研。
